KNOXVILLE- As the regular season winds down for the rest of college football, the coaching search at the University of Tennessee has picked up steam. After a wild week of "Grumors", it finally seems that Vols fans have decided to move on from the former NFL head coach and Monday Night Football personality Jon Gruden. Now it looks like UT Athletic Director Dave Hart has narrowed his search to two candidates: Oklahoma State Head Coach Mike Gundy and Louisville Head Coach Charlie Strong. Mike Gundy is currently in his 7th year at head coach at his alma mater, and rumor has it that he is tired of being the 2nd best head coach in the state of Oklahoma. Charlie Strong is in just his 3rd year as Louisville's head coach, but he has already won shares of the Big East title the last two years. Charlie Strong seems to be the front runner as of right now, but Mike Gundy could make a move if he is truly unhappy at Oklahoma State. Look for a move to come within the next week.
